Salon Policies Appointments A £20 deposit will be required to secure all colour appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask that you do so 48 hours before your appointment time. If an appointment is not cancelled 48 hours before the appointment time or if a no show occurs, you will loose the £20 deposit that we have on file.
All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult not receiving a service unless consent is given by phone or email prior to the appointment.
If you arrive to your appointment with wet hair you will be charged an additional £30.
Damaged hair If you have hair that has been damaged due to relaxer, texturizer, keratin treatment, color, heat, extensions, braids or neglect. We will do all that we can to help you transition into healthy hair. We are here to help! Please be patient and understand that it can take several visits and haircuts to reach your hair goals. CONDITIONING TREATMENTS are intended as a luxury for hair that is either already healthy or has experience minimal trauma such as going to the beach, winter dryness, etc. NOT to repair severely damage hair from relaxers texturizers, keratin treatments, color, heat, extensions, braids or neglect. We are a TRULY NATURAL SALON. We do not have the tools or practice the methods to create faux curls.
Return Policy We do not accept opened or used products. All services are non-refundable if you have an issue with your service please follow the instructions below and we'd be happy to try and solve any issues you may have.
Satisfaction Guarantee We guarantee the satisfaction of all of our customers. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a service you receive at Nuala Morey Salon, please let us know within 72 hours of your service and we would be happy to schedule an appointment to remedy any problems you may be having with your cut or color. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
